Whats the best way to get strong functional abs? ive been doing crunches of all kinds and i got a nice 6 pack, but i cant seem to build real strength to actually sustain my legs in, for example, an L pushup.

i love oj, i make it all the time. fresh, raw orange juice is lovely and creamy.

Sandra, you were eating alot of high water content fruit. you weren't putting on weight, you were bloated. the question how long have you been 811, raw or cooked, and then agen raw 811 is a very relevant one. i think you would find it very helpfull to read Dougs book. it would answer these questions for you and more that would come with time

I eas eating to much orange juice, papaya, nopales, tomatoes, salads, broccoli, apples, juice orange with nopal juice, watermelons, pears and cucumbers and don't remember what else

Thank you, you know, I was eating too much fruits during one week and I gain weight three kilograms, and I think that my body don't receive well too much fruits and I think that I need to listen my body, don't you?
