@thefruitwarrior i eat around 3k calories give or take 200 and i normally eat the same thing everyday. in the morning ill made a green smoothies around 900 calories, after my work out or lunch ill have bean and brown rice or a banana smoothie both around 1000 calories, and dinner black bean, rice, and veggies or sweet potato, rice, veggies around 1000 calories i like big meals it can take up to 40 mins to eat some time lol

@Armando Martinez i lift 6 days a week 3 days on 1 day off for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day, 40 mins cardio every other day. my recovery is really good, recovery form injury is pretty fast as well just had 2 injuries in the pass moth 1 from dropping a 45lbs on my big toe and shoulder injury lol. my gains have been good i put on about 10+ lbs of lean muscle mass in about 5 months added few inches to each body part pretty much.  im not 100% raw i have 1 to 2 cooked meals a day just on how i feel.

I used to boulder, I actually climbed every day indoors. That was my primary workout back in AZ. Now that I'm in northern Illinois though... no climbing at all :/ Not a single rock gym in this entire city!
Any form of rcok climbing is an excellent way to engage and strengthen your core!

Anybody do indoor bouldering?  I love it! My shoulders get a great workout! My lats are so sore lol I feel so young and like a monkey!
