I agree Mikey. I only enjoy training on an empty stomach. I'd be interested to hear what others do, since I do 100% gymnastics and can't really say much about moving large sums of weight.

LOL thanks man! I'm still new to the site but bodybuilding is a topic I am very much interested in. Now that I'm beginning to have energy again (yay!) I'll be starting to concentrate on weights as I did when I was younger. I do have a pretty serious roadblock though....an umbilical hernia that will need to have surgery at one point or another :( Still I am going to do non abdominal compounded isolated muscle workouts until that time. I'm not going to let it stop me!
