I was just going through some progress pics today and thought I would share. The earlier ones are from about 8 months ago when i was eating mostly cooked vegan. I have made the transition to raw since then and progressed to now Low fat Low Protein Raw....
by no means am I a great "poser" usually I end up feeling dumb while taking these but Its the best way for me to track my progress.
Thanks, Yes weight training is great fun for me as well! Keep at it and you will see results. dont be afraid to lift heavy and push it hard!
