I was just going through some progress pics today and thought I would share. The earlier ones are from about 8 months ago when i was eating mostly cooked vegan. I have made the transition to raw since then and progressed to now Low fat Low Protein Raw....
by no means am I a great "poser" usually I end up feeling dumb while taking these but Its the best way for me to track my progress.

How many times per week?
I have not changed my workut routine much in the last few years, what made the biggest difference was eating more raw fresh foods and eliminating breads,pastas,sodium laden and sugary foods (besides fruit)
my workouts are a mix of a lot of strength training and interval cardio stuff. mon wed and fri I strength train with a mix of supersets or drop sets...basically always moving tues thurs sat I do a mix of plyo movements and use things like kettlebells,sandbag,ropes,tires. Just doing a bunch of fun circuits and stuff like that

I got into weight lifting last year, enjoying it a lot. We'll see if I will be able to post such great pictures one day as well :)
