30 Bananas a Day!

I know what I did, and it was truly an act of desperation (Realized that I hadn't eaten yet at around 2 pm, was at less than a thousand calories by 8 pm). What do you guys do when you're in the same situation?

And what if you're really hungry, like to the point of pain? What are your food choices at that point?

Define under-eating? The less you eat the better off you are. That has been scientifically proven. The many fatsos you see trudging down Main St. are mal-nourished from eating DEAD foods. They are actually starving. Have you looked at Dr Cousens' website (Tree Of Life)  about juice fasting, and then raw foods diet? cbs actually has given the best advice in 9 words!!! LOL Stay with it.............

Chill, go to bed, wake up and start over!
Make a big banana smoothie as soon as I can : )
drink a banana smoothie, then eat a huge green salad.
Then I eat some bean soup that my mom made..
then I scramble the pantry/fridge for something starchy thats not "too unhealthy"
..then I catch myself doing it, take a time out in my bedroom, log on 30 bad and breathe...

I have been under eating for the last two days and it caught up with me this afternoon. No worries, just brush my shoulders off and keep eating more fruit.
Overall Im getting much better at this though, so Im not upset. I just reminded myself through experience that if I under eat, I will scramble to compensate for it later.
Thank you for your honest, human answer. It made me smile to realize that I'm not the only person who does this sometimes.

I used to have eating disorder mentality, and to discover that binging and food obsession was really just my body starving for nutrients..is very validating and reassuring that this is the right path.
To find a lifestyle that REQUIRES eating large volumes carbohydrates..well its just heaven.
I just cant go hungry or Ill snap back like a slingshot : )
Exactly. Going raw makes you toss that "portion control" notion right out the window. And what the heck is a calorie, anyway? LOL

Oh my GOD, I'm having the same problem - I want to be healthy so badly but I have to shove my freaking mentality out of the way every time I put something in my mouth - but I'm having less of that now. LOVE not restricting calories. Other people don't understand that good digestion means I have to eat more. Kind of awkward though, eating three bananas in art class.

Yes so very true!
If I'm hungry I eat...I try to listen to my body signals. If I have not eaten much all day, I'll have a sweet fruit meal for dinner and that get's the job done. If you are truly starving, the sweet fruit meal will digest very quickly and you should have no problem getting to sleep.
