I run few 10 miles every three days in a week.
I hope to run a half marathon or a full marathon next year. How long do you think it will take to train for one? I run about 5k most days.

response to dennis, try adding in Yams(fried, roasted or steamed) plantains(fried or roasted) and potatoes. also in the summer when it's fresh tons of corn is great!
What do you guys and gals load up on (besdies fruit)? I used to eat a ton of cliff bars but i'm getting this horrible throat burning type sensation in my throat if i eat more than two of them in a day. i'm known to eat a lot of bread and juice but i'm trying to stay away from these things. I usually go to chipotle for a massive bowl of brown rice beans salsa corn and lettuce (and sometimes a smudge of guac) but I feel like I'm not always eating enough. And I feel as though I don't have much time for food shopping or meal prep which is why I would normally eat a lot of cliff bars throughout the day.. ??
