Hi Green Leaf!!
I normaly eat 5 bananas before training and I eat 2 more in the midle of training ---> if treining is in the morning!! because I realise if i eat bananas during the afternoon I feel more need to go pee.
At night if performance, I rather eat something with less water, like a pear salad with nuts or seeds, or guacamole ;)
In the end of training I allways eat a lot, but I need to wait 1h before training again :)
