30 Bananas a Day!

I'm going back to dance, and I need an advice. I used to use the famous orange-tubed cream to warm-up, but I don't want to use it in the future, as it has some very bad ingredients. What do you think would be the best idea? Probably something made of herbs, but I don't know what should I search for. I've also been thinking about that I would mix up a simple cream with chili oil. Do you think it would work?

Hi, I'm wondering why would you need a cream to warm up? Do you have Injuries? If you do, recomend arnica.

Otherwise, just do some warm up to your Brody doing some balance, stretcing and little dance exercices =)
