I'm a male ballet dancer, with this job, I partner and lift girls high into the air.
Because of this should I eat more protein than what Freelee recommends? for strength purposes?

I would just "wait" and see how it goes by the time.. If you are too weak after a time, than you see that you need more proteins but I don´t thinkn it will go to happen if you are around the 10% because I saw a lot of man with great muscles by going 801010 :)
