I just made a video for my favorite raw marinara recipe. I use tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes and red bell better along with sage, chives, garlic and lemon juice. here is the url if you want to try it out!
Just curious if you have tried any of the recipes and which you like best?
First Blend 6 raw tomatoes and pass through a sieve (use the back of a spoon to squeeze all the juice)
then add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
then 2 teaspoons of raw coconut sugar(or any other raw sugar)
1 clove of garlic mashed down with a sprinkle of sea salt
Fresh Basil dried Oregano fresh parsley
give it a quick wizz back in the blender and leave for at least half an hour for all the flavours to get to know each other and start the party!
I use this as my tomato base sauce for pizzas pasta etc sometimes I add fresh chili to zing it up.
