I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. I have tried to be really healthy for most of my pregnancy, eating heaps of greens, drinking nettle tea, eating sunflower seeds, parsley, mushrooms, prunes and dates, however my last lot of blood work showed really low iron and b12. Does anybody have any ideas on how I can boost my levels? I'm taking supplements at the moment, but I'd prefer not to as the iron tablets seem to upset my digestion.
Also, if any mamma's have any tips on what I should be doing in the last few weeks to really get my body prepared for childbirth, I am all ears!
