Hi guys I read the book of M.R. and its great!!! a practice also but what I want to do, is to go on some worksop abou NVC to see it in reall, then I will know how it feels :)

Read "Non-Violent Communication" book THREE times, and took a seminar with M.R. Good stuff! I keep in mind: O. F. N. R. , Observation, Feeling, Need, Request. Open to learning and growing with you.
