I can sort of do it with you. I started a 30 day juice cleanse yesterday, so I won't be chewing away on anything. I already miss banana's!
It should wind up being about 31 days. I'm going til Easter or 4/20 (hahaha) for the nonchristian folk. Then I'm thinking smoothies/juice for 15 days after that. Then I'll appreciate chewing away on bananas and fruit's and eating salads!
I can start on Saturday, I will do just smoothies -- but some of them may be high fruit, still with greens in each drink. So I will commit to smoothies only from June 7 to July 7. I will have 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds per day and a b 12 suppliment. Other than that, just fruits and veggies. I need to jump start my weight loss and reverse my allergy problems.
