30 Bananas a Day!

So I've been raw for about 7 months and so far I'm down 70 pounds. More importantly than what the scale says is what I can do now. I ran a half marathon. I'm doing a full one in October. I'm down from a 22/24 to a 12/14. I can eat whatever I want (that's 8/1/1) whenever and I feel amazing! I'm 255 pounds in the first photo and 185 in the second. I still have another 60 pounds to go, but so far, so good!

wow! way to go! that's amazing! :) so inspiring, thanks for sharing :) i was 251 when i started, down 5lbs but haven't been completely on the wagon :( seeing things like this is so inspiring to keep at it :)

I'm curious, did your weight seem to go up a bit before it went down? I started hcrv a month ago and feel a bit "fluffier" than usual. I'm wondering if that's common before things start to trim up.

When I first started LFRV and exercising in general, I actually gained 3 pounds the first month. Talk about frustrating! The second month I lost 16 pounds. So yes, it went up then down. :)

Wow! What an inspiration! I'm only 4 weeks into 811, I'm down 9 lbs. Looking forward to seeing more positive results as I continue on this journey. 

Thats a great result! How did you do it? I dont loose anything, my clothes are still tight and uncomfortable after 6weeks.

Well I went vegan and then about two weeks in, I decided to do LFRV. The first month I gained 3 pounds! Then I lost 16 pounds the second month. The doctor said it was fine since I was originally so heavy. I didn't really count calories. I ate when I was hungry until I was full. You can eat a lot, so that's awesome! I work out 5-6 days a week. Originally I did weight lifting three days a week and I ran or did some form of cardio twice a week. I'm doing Insanity at the moment, and running (marathon training). Good luck!
