I am on day 14 of raw till 4. Ive been a vegetarian basically vegan for 14 years.
Im wondering why I am beyond bloated and gassy.
I usually have the date smoothie in the am and sometimes afternoon as well...afternoon meaning 12:30 pm. This will include 2-3 bananas and 5-8 dates and thats it....lots of water. Then in the evening around 6 I have been having white rice with sometimes home made sauce, no salt. Sometimes potatoes...again no salt.
Every day gets worse and I feel worse.
I was never a drinker, smoker...any of that and no caffiene either. My digestion is great....Ive been going 3-4 times a day.
