These comments should continue in a new thread, not the comment wall, but I have to say balderdash. Breast saggyness has to do with genetics and estrogen and fat, and bras contribute to muscle atrophy by not having your chest muscles hold them up. I have smallish breasts, I just had a baby, and I haven't worn bras (except on special occasions) in years, never really liked them. My breasts look awesome. I also have always had great arm, pectoral, and shoulder strength which has helped. So, I'm not about to see this Girls Gone Raw group turn to bra marketing efforts as a savior for a positive body image.

I see. Well I'm very thin compared to the usual American. I've tiny body but well proportionate for a 5.3'. Did you check the muscles connected with the breast? For me I feel these are also muscles on the back and shoulders. I mostly do this one as a quick fix if needed: stand up straight, spread arms perpendicular to the body and make turns forward and backward. Start slow to warm up and then increase speed. I do that a few minutes sometimes a week and I try to do it more often but don't really manage to. Sure once they have sagged really much I would not know what to do to put them back up. But the above is definitely a quick fix whenever I feel they start sagging. From 15 to about 38 I think I wore bras but these never ever prevented the sagging whenever it happened. What prevented it or stopped it and reversed it was that particular exercise. Not even diet had a help in it.

That's amazing, I never thought of it that way, only heard the disaster stories of those who have extreme sag.  Your testimony is a fresh way of looking at the issue for me.  

Maybe it's a very individual thing; those who have a wider base to the breast would see less sag.  I used to have a friend in her 50s who had never exercised and seldom worn bras, whose breasts did not sag.  She had the wider base.  Wheras mine were tiny, I was thin and exercised, wore lightweight bras, yet they sagged by my early 20s.

Kate I appreciate your time and care to inform us. Even if this was true for me I would still feel that the lymphatic system would slow down plus it is extremely difficult to find materials that i like. My breast sizes change a lot from A to D depending how much fat I eat but they never go down and sag despite all the bicycle trips I make daily and very fast. I simply keep my arms exercises in weekly I try and if I ever feel that they start to sag just a bit I simply up on the exercise and that is enough to put the breast back up strong and stable. The girls who see their breast sagging never really exercised their arms and sit at their desks and computers too many hours a day, get used to a wrong posture from childhood and teenage time. So off course the beauty of their breast goes down. But I definitely was keeping arms exercises since early on. Now in the case that somebody does not want to put this discipline in, then I guess you are right.

Girls, I'm gonna stick my oar in here - if you have any shred of pride in how you look (and who doesn't), don't go bra-less! Natural lifestyle or not, you will likely be considering uplift surgery within a few years.  I've met girls as young as 20s already having uplifts from going without support, a friend who works for a cosmetic surgeon tells me of women who tuck their tits in the waistband of their pants, to stop them swinging due to stretching...

And, this lifestyle is all about being active and working out.  Personally, I never wear conventional bras, but always a sports bra (the thick stretchy cotton/lycra sort).  OK, they compress the boob, but they hold things comfy and in place.  that way, I can work out every day in comfort, I can run or jump at any time without feeling I want to grip my chest to stop the jiggling :)

i use scarves put in as a t-shirt (check vids on this on youtube) if i have to have a conventional tee-shirt, off course the look of my clothes look a bit outside of the norm, but being a raw vegan and taking on other uncommon beingness too i'm used to that... i found a few dresses really conveniently designed and hiding the tits. then i found and bought some nice decorations to saw on my t-shirts and shirt or pullovers. or else i have jackets. i wonder if more blood circulation would reduce the fact that the tits come out so much from the rest of the breast... Anybody knows?

me toooo! no more make up and no more bras since a while now!! soo happy. the tits are piercing through tho as soon as some cold comes up. but since sometimes i have found solutions to hide them so my body does not hypnotize too much :)
