Hi superhuman  . just came back from Malaga and the coast side down there . the quality of fruits are not always the best down there  but you can find small farmers marked- also with organic fruits - in Fuengirola and Marbella there is a shop that have some organic fruits - Bionatura  . You  are able to find oranges that have grown in the mountains either free in nature or by small farmers - they are very sweet.   if you are staying for longer time there are some organic farmers that deliver fruits and vegetables and and from what I have heard good ones !(didn´t try it).  I am also going back in end of august / beginning of Sep . :-)

Hi all :)

I'm going WWOOFing this Summer in Italy on a couple of farms with fruit orchards! One farm are vegetarians and eat a lot of raw so that will be cool.

Has anyone stayed long term in Teneriffe? It seems like such a good place for fruit, they can even grow mangoes there lol!

hey there!

any one in the uk looking to buy a spiralizer for some yummy zuch pasta?? just bought one from juiceland for £35(with postage) and have now decided to go off travelling again and have ended up only feeling like eating mono meals most of the time. I have used it a few times but it is still in its original packaging etc.

if anyone is interested in buying it Im happy to sell it for £20 + postage. let me know (-;
