Learn brand new Autumn inspired raw vegan recipes and get busy in the kitchen with us.
We will show you 4 easy-to prepare, delicious and nutritious recipes using mainly seasonal and local ingredients.
Together we make starters, mains and a sweet fruity dessert.
The workshop also includes a welcome juice and the recipe descriptions with photos in an e-booklet form.

Zsuzsanna Somogyi, founder of Raw Essence, is a certified Health Coach, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She offers private and group coaching programs to her clients on the raw vegan lifestyle. As the host of the Vegan Start-Up group on Facebook, she supports the members on their health and spiritual journey.
Sophie Serex is a Raw Food Cookbook Author and a Raw Food Chef who learned under Matthew Kenney in Los Angeles and attended a living food Lifestyle Program in Puerto Rico based on Ann Wigmore’s principles.
Both Zsuzsanna and Sophie discovered the fruit-based raw vegan lifestyle two years ago and they fell in love with it! Their own positive transformation inspired them to share their knowledge and passion with others.
