Hey Guys! This is my first day on 30 bananas a day. I have been trying to incorporate raw meals into my diet, now I'm ready to go 100% raw vegan. I'm looking for any general advice you guys have. How can I maintain this lifestyle long-term? What are some problems you've encountered that you've found solutions to? I'm pretty sure that for me, I need to find a way to eat raw vegan without too much sugar, because when I eat a lot of sugary fruits I tend to get headaches. Anyway, have a great day, and looking forward to learning more and connecting with folks here!

Hi I'm Bella. I have been vegetarian my whole life but goin Vegan saved my life.. Refer to my blog about how I conquered chronic kidney disorders and a brain tumour. Fruitarian would be the Ultimate diet for me if I lived in a more tropical place. New Zealand's very cold and not many Vegans about but I have a great network of friends at my local organic store. I try to buy local but I love tropical fruits like pineapple an Cherimoya so much. If I could afford to move to Thailand I would and I'm saving to move to Queensland where my parents live. Just need to find work there. The benefits of fruit are outstanding and I am going to write a fruit dictionary for hungry caterpillars who want to know about the nutritional benefits and recipes they might create on a raw fruit diet. I sold my coffee machine when I got a Nutri ninja and never looked back. There are no down sides of frutarians am except getting blueberry fingers. Would love to hear about other people's experiences as fruity cuties. Not only are we saving at least one animals life a day but I noticed my skin got even smoother, my digestion is amazining, my eyelashes are super long and for some reason my boobs grew which is great..and random. Thanks for letting me share

I just had to share my recent experiences with my lifestyle. my dream has always been to inspire others and it is finally coming true. not with just the way I represent myself but with also the high carb vegan lifestyle. so many people have come up to me and thanked me for inspiring them to become healthier. one of my really go friends told me she has lost eight pounds and without the inspiration I gave her, she wouldn't have been able to do it. it really brings joy to my heart that I'm able to help others with their lives.

Know that you are doing the best thing possible to be fully there mentally and physically for your family time! You are setting a good example for them in how to have a healthy life, and to avoid many diseases. It's hard sometimes, but as long as you take charge of making sure you have food you can eat, so it doesn't fall on them, they shouldn't have much to complain about.  And over time, they get used to it. I've been doing this for 4 years, and my family just knows now and doesn't give me a hard time anymore (just an occasional "you're STILL eating that way?!"). I hope your family will be the same.

hi everyone! I need help.. I've now been a HCLF vegan for about 2 and a half months now and my family just keeps giving me a hard time. some days they're supportive and others days they say that the way I'm eating is affecting "family time". they also say that I live to eat which I don't. I just really watch what I eat around them because they're your typical western diet people. I know this lifestyle is new to them but I feel like they just keep knocking me down and putting me down for being a vegan. I don't know how to handle it

Hi everyone!
So I have been doing raw til 4 for about a week and a half now and I'm loving it. But, I have such bad cravings after my cooked meal in the evening! I know that it is advised not to eat fruit after cooked food so I am scared to eat any fruit in the evening. Any advice or help from anyone? thanks!
