Mortiz, I would say don't over think it, just eat whatever appeals most to u, as much as you want. The great thing about fruits n veg is that the body gives u very clear signals! (If u let it)

It can also change depending on your day. Eat when its most convenient to you. Don't be like oh its 12:00 I have to have lunch. Go with the flow. Easier to have fun this way. If u don't eat lunch u will eat more for dinner. Or body will tell you to.

Maybe u can try doing like a juciy fruit breakfast then go have all or adventures, fruit hunting etc. Then have another juicy fruit meal when u get back and then a nice sweet fruit meal (banana, cheremoya etc.) To slow down for the night.

Give yourself time to experiment. Don't try to force yourself to do what your supposed to do. Listen to they way your body responds and make changes accordingly.

Enjoy the fruity abundance!

In general it's best to stick with high calorie fruits in the beginning.

Hi rawnanigans! :)

Classic experience of someone not eating enough calories is what you describe.  Try making yourself a couple of datorades, (20 pitted dates soaked for 6 hours, use soak water plus the dates in a blender).  You should feel much better in a day.

Hi Nadia! :)  

Carbs are the cheapest, best energy, easiest to access food available anywhere.  Rice, baked potatoes and ketchup, canned beans, are all good travel foods. 

If you want to do raw then taking a case of dates with you and eating them with apples is a good way to travel.   A blender is doable on the road and makes banana smoothies while driving an option.  Make three in the morning and put them in a cooler in water bottles.

It may not be popular, but I am going to be making a slow transition here. I am definitely going vegan, because it simply doesn't make sense to eat animals anymore when I love them SO much (I have 4 cats and a pit/boxer mix, and I rescued them all personally!), but I will be moving from Texas to NYC in the coming weeks and will be short on supply, I believe. I need energy and accessibility. Any advice? Foods I can prep for or find while on the road? Thank you all in advance <3
