I have been raw for 6 months now, but sometimes find it REALLY difficult to cook for the family, and then eat my raw food......feel so alone.....!!! But healthy! I feel great! It's not so easy to keep 100% raw with no support, so its great to have this to share.

Hi everybody!
I must say i'm not a beginner in raw but anyway about fermented food I'd say It's like stimulans same as kofein and alcohol. When you eat sauerkraut your organism must fight with billions toxis remains of fermentation. I'd recemmend you to eat more sweet oranges, pineaple, figs dates...
