30 Bananas a Day!

I'm day 5 on 811  and loving it!
But I am experiencing all sorts of things
What has been your experience in the early days? And are there any common time frames?
E.g day 1-4 for me was Exhaustion, lots of going to the loo! (i didn't realise there was so much inside me to come out!!) Very lethargic body, sleepy, drained feeling, but a major shift in my moods; hope, optimism, joy, excitement. But also fear around starting new way of life and living this way in a world that functions so far from lfvl.
Day 5 - experiencing some new energy!! Less fear. A knowing that 811 is so right for me! It's working :o)
Also, unlearning the things i had learnt in the 'health' industry...eg low carb etc
I'm still bloated, have water retention, some lethargy in muscles...
When did you notice an energy shift?
When did bloating change or water retention leave?
What certain body changes are common?

Hey Ness! Welcome to the high vibe fruity lifestyle!

I remember that I started feeling the high especially in week 3.... and thats when all cravings stopped for me. Of course, everyone is different. =)

Bloating got better when i started using proper food combinations. Google "food combining chart" for a good chart to make sure you are following good combinations!

In my experience, you have a few more weeks of feeling like crap. Try somewhat mono-ing on a few different fruits that you're currently eating early on, so you can see if your problems are caused by something in particular. I made a huge amount of progress once I ditched watermelons. For some reason I had issues with them.

i got heaps out of that video. I'm consciously drinking lots of water now and letting myself have lots of sleep. I'm on day 7 and feeling so lethargic! My energy sucks heaps at the moment and my muscles feel heavy and i just generally don't feel very well. I am so hoping this doesn't last long!
I guess everyone can have a slightly different experience, even though we might all recognize the symptoms of detox and adjustment to a new raw diet. I never had a bad day, but I sometimes had a foggy hour, or a sudden need to take a nap. I like watermelon! I felt like it really aided the detoxification process. But my timing was perfect for watermelon because we were having hot days very early in the spring/summer. It was/is always refreshing and hydrating. Good luck Ness!

Everyone notices similar changes in their energy levels and body, especially women. It's common to experience water retention in the first little while too.
I'm 154 days into my journey, and I agree with Ashley, week 3 was my energy turning point, when I started to feel fabulous.
In the beginning I had gained 7lbs of water retention due to taking salt out of my diet. This disappeared within 3 weeks and has never reappeared. Proper food combining is a must! I've experienced a total weight loss of about 11lbs, but I didn't need to lose more than that.
Also, within the 2-3 month mark you will notice that your skin has become irrestibly soft! It's quite amazing. Most likely because we're so hydrated. If you're having problems with acne at all, you can expect it to disappear before the 4 month mark (if you're lucky), but for myself, suffering from severe acne of 7 years, It finally disappeared all together between 4-5 months.
In the first 2 months you will notice a rapid change in hair and nail growth. You nails will be white and strong, and your hair will become shiny and grow like a weed!
