Does anyone else think this is a horrifying idea?
Taking large amounts of oral beta-carotene (enough to tint your skin slightly yellow so you look jaundiced) helps protect your skin against the sun, I know because they prescribe it in cases of photosensitivity (think sun ray allergic albinos). So if the edible sunscreen is beta-carotene based it's been around for a while.
lets take this nutrition based therapy concept and use it to patent a product that we can market to people who don't actually need it. Sounds like it's a good idea for some peoples pockets? prob not good for much else...
Again assuming beta carotene based, could be worse could contain no proven ingredient what-so-ever.
Whose heard of those lifewave patches? Lol we got sample in the mail.. poor poor suckers..
