Lately every time I go hiking or running, I get a serious need to clear out my bowels like RIGHT THEN. I was just walking in the woods today and had to book it home to make it! WTF? (I am not afraid to go in the woods, but there were too many people around)
I went on an intense hike the other day and had to go twice during!
Does anyone else experience this?
How long are your hikes?
I run on a threadmill in my house, and quite often 3~5 minutes in I realize I need to clear out my bowels.
When I go bike riding it's usually early in the morning so I go to the bathroom before going out (everytime after I eat breakfest I have to use the bathroom)
I think it's quite normal, because moving your body also move your internal stuff, so it do help with bowel movements. If you have to go twice maybe you could eliminate the first one by doing it before the hike. As for the second, maybe it's because of the long duration of the workout?

haha, this has happened to my brother for 20 years. Not vegan though.
How long have you been on the diet.
