I'm not clear on this subject either. I've tried it a couple of times but after a while it got really uncomfortable so I just hade to roll over to the side. Can anyone testify on this? Is sleeping on your back the best way of doing it, and if so, why? What are your own experiences?

It helps tremendously with posture and back problems. It can take a while to get used to it but it is well worth it. I made the switch after realizing how much money my parents and grandparents spend on chiropractors and they still have hurt backs, and i didnt want to end up that way myself.
