I don't mean to sound whiny or complain, but I'm just very worried because what's happening just doesn't seem right. :(
In the past I've been able to eat 3000+ calories with no problems at all. Yet at least since last week I've been getting between 2500 and 2900 and today (as seen in my previous post "watermelon dilemma") was VERY IFFY for me because of the watermelon due to my concern of not getting enough calories from it. Someone meant 1 kg watermelon is 300 cal, what I always believed was 370 cal. If the 300 is true and I only ate 1 kg, that would mean I'm up to 200 calories less than the required caloric intake! :(
^^Not only am I worried about this potential accident with the watermelon (which I'm very upset about), but with the fact that it's becoming harder for me to eat enough. I have no idea why! Could it be that my excercise is very restricted due to my pain that I have since January? Could it be something psychological/psychosomatic? I'm not sure what else could be causing it!
PLEASE ANSWER THIS IF YOU FOLLOW THIS LIFESTYLE PROPERLY (THAT MEANS EATING AT LEAST 2500 CALORIES AS A WOMAN AND AT LEAST 3000 CALORIES AS A MAN) BECAUSE UNDEREATING IS WRONG!
Please help me!
Can I just ask what a typical day's food looks like for you at the moment? And how much water are you drinking?
I'll do my best to help :) xxx
