Excellent idea! I did this after I fell off the fruit wagon and was at my limit with feeling lousy. Now whenever a little cooked food thought creeps in or I'm having a challenging day, I pull out my list. Here are some:
-to embody the belief
-to "contaminate" others with my 'joie de vivre'/bliss
-to inspire others
-to inspire myself
-to create more than I destroy
-to be an individual
-soft, smooth skin; no body odors
-to run faster, with less effort
-to improve vision
-for deeper sleep
-a new sense of spirituality
-to dance more, to live more
-to connect with like-minded people
-to do as little harm as humanly possible (for my fellow living beings)
-for my decendants
-to crowd out all fear
-to heal from the past
-because it TASTES good, FEELs good
-to be more of myself................
