Excellent question. Maybe because if people bought it and followed it, 90 percent of their products would rot on the shelves?
SO funny.... I actually thought to myself today that if I can stick to 80/10/10 I never have to go to Whole Foods again
so true and they don't make much off of the produce.
it's at the ones i go to
I have asked my wholefoods to carry it a few times and they looked into it and told me their book seller didn't carry it. I'm going to ask again soon.
Maybe for the same reason that Doug Graham wasn't invited to speak at "The Great Health Debate" last year or "The Raw Spirit Fest" the year before that...
Actually I doubt that "Whole Foods" would view the "80/10/10" book as a "threat". Do they have any other raw food books at your "Whole Foods"? If they had books by people like David Wolfe, Fred Bisci, and Brian Clement I would really wonder why "80/10/10" isn't there as well, but if all of the books that they sell are by people like Andrew Weil I would guess that there simply hasn't been enough of a demand that kind of book yet. Inquiring about it will help get the demand going.
They sell "Raw Water" at the "Whole Foods" closest to me. No joke. They also have a "Raw Food Aisle" but it would be far more appropriate to call it "The Dehydrated Food Aisle" and to go to the produce section if you are seeking raw food.
Whole Foods is EXPENSIVE!!! I wonder who much the "80/10/10" book would cost there?
