30 Bananas a Day!

Why am I worse again? And please don't tell me its "detox"

When I started this lifestyle I went from eating raw red meat and animal fat for 3 months and it was a digestive disaster, I would lay in bed all day long just to digest my food and counting every minute for the next meal that was going to put me back in bed. Then before getting into this lifestyle I introduced some raw vegetables, lettuce, mushrooms, celeries and they were digesting decently(I was using digestive enzymes at the time).

Now when I went fully raw 80/10/10 I added dates and banana and all kind of other fruits. I was doing quite well for the first time in months, I had energy again so much that I had a difficult time sleeping initially and I my digestive improved, I could eat a lots of dates and banana and I was finally able to get the nourishment that my body was craving.

But now I CANT digest as properly anymore, I could eat 30 banana and about 1750 worth of calories in dates without much problem and even tossing some lettuce in there. Now I had to cut lettuce and I'm down to 20 bananas a day and I'm considering lowering it because it FREAKING HURTS! IT HURTS! BAD. It feels like a rock is scrapping my digestive system when I eat and it takes the WHOLE day and the night to recover from it and then on to the next meal and its PAIN again, IM SO SICK OF FEELING PAIN FOR A WHOLE DAY AFTER EATING, I was finally happy to be able to eat again and now it seems like I'll have to eat like a baby AGAIN because I get so much pain from eating,

My bananas are SUPER ripe, it doesn't matter if I eat 5 or 10 I get the INTESTINAL scrapping feeling. I just bought 150 banana and it seems like I'm have to froze them all and find some other food source for the 10000th time. I did a 90 hours water fast and it didn't help me at all, I was just stuck in bed without being able to breathe and so lethargic i couldn't walk or stand up. I'm so sick of being sick. I think my body is beyond repair and this is all really hopeless, I don't have 12 000$ to go to the tropic to fast for 3 weeks either.

I'm not a juicer, but like I said my mother in law is :) she got so fed up with not being able to eat she wanted to die. She planned her trip to go to a country that allows assisted suicide. Her naturopathic doctor recommended she see a nutrition specialist, this specialist came up with a grocery list/juices for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks. Turns out she has fructose malabsorption, her body cannot absorb fructose like regular people :) I don't care if juicing is said to be bad, its saved her life same as 801010 has saved mine.

How is she doing now? Juicing can only be temporally to restore digestive power though, one cannot survive on such restricted calories

She's doing great! She's been doing it now for 6 months, her hair is growing back, her tummy is no longer bloated, she's getting her strength back. She was 100% juice for 2 months, now she has her juice for breakfast, her salad asa snack, another juice for lunch and an aassortment of nuts for a snack then juice for dinner. Every day for the past month now she will take A bite from a banana hoping to build up a tolerance slowly. And she also drinks 16oz of water before each meal (at least 30mins before) and 8oz of water 30 mins after :)

I've had similar syntoms. It's a sensitive stomach. Try to use less water or no in your smoothies. Just pure bananas without oranges or something. Eating early and very slow also helped me. Meals are very delayed though the day.

I don't get stomach pain thought, I used to but no more, I get intestinal pain, when I eat the stuff push through my intestines, its like something is scrapping the lining of my intestines but my stomach feels fine.

I also get these sharp pains - belly button and lower. I notice the pain more when I am bloated. I have never had tummy discomfort. I can have an empty, growling hungry tummy with pain in my intestines. SLOW digestion. I find eating smaller meals more frequently helps. Early dinners so the body has 14 hrs overnight to digest.

Ya I think smaller meal spaced is much better then bigger one in separated form, either way, I'm crashed and my intestine hurt and they are about to hurt more when I'll have me next meal, just had water and it taste disgusting not thirsty at all, doubt it will do anything for digestion but im having it just cause "water shake". Will try grapes or apple soon enough. It's a shame, I was enjoying bananas the more I was having them and really lost that grain craving.

It wont be forever! I am back to eating bananas again. It wont take long and you will, too! Just gotta give the intestines a small break, lots of water, and rest. Shortly after my histamine reactions to bananas, I went on a 12day island of only bananas and water. You will heal - I was almost out of time and I am now feeling great!

This could be some kind of intestinal parasite. maybe you want to do some research here ...

go to the doctors sounds like irritable bowel syndrome.
