Hi I have been 100% for only 2 weeks... an interesting process... things are settling a bit and I am really enjoying the changes I am seeing and feeling in my body... it helps that is is summer here... I am cycling heaps and doing yoga and feeling strong and well.

I just started, was in transition all last week, gave away much of my kitchen stuff, filled the house with fruit, feeling pretty good personally. We are starting off as 80% raw as to give our body an easy transition and detox. LFRV for breakfast and lunch with a LFHC cooked vegan dinner. I have an 8 year old and a 8 month old. The 8 year old is a bit shocked over the changes but seems to be adjusting well and my younger one has never had meat so this is easy for her, fruit is given raw and then i just cook some of her vegetables lightly and make purees out of them :) Hubby was right on board with the changes, i am lucky to have someone always on the same page!
As far as exercise is concerned we do some light cardio when we have time, usually early in the morning, after a meditation and before the baby gets going and that seems to be plenty right now with all other responsibilities. Overall feeling wonderful and happy to be apart of this community of like minds!!
