Awesome. This is definitely getting worked into my yoga routine. I've always been a lover of planks and variations and am excited to try these new variations!
I did two rounds of 2 mins, then the arm raises each side 2 rounds. The third time around I did a leg lift on the opposite side of my elevated hand.
Thank you for bringing me back to this important exercise. I had forgotten how challenging it is.
