30 Bananas a Day!

Hi there

i wonder if anybody cured rheumatic diseases (arthritis, colitis, Wegener's e.g.) with this diet?

I don't want to hear what kind of food is bad, i want to hear from people which are actually cured this kind of disease or made it less worse or stopped the degeneration process with this diet.

AND please only this people answer.

If you ask me why i want to know ? i wanna try to persuade a friend which has such a disease to change his diet.

please help.

Hi Raw monkey can u tell me abit about your disease history ? (only if u want to ) like how long were u ill when u decided to go raw, how u found it? and since when are u cured from arthritis and colitis ?

Sure, of course I can! I was very ill for around 12 years, but had never been in good health really before that time. I went raw around 2 years ago now, or maybe a little longer...I had been vegan for a few years before that too as dairy and eggs had always made me very ill.  Cutting gluten out from my diet made a huge difference to my health, and also avoiding tomatoes and other nightshade foods, and grains like rice and corn.  I noticed my health improve very rapidly after going raw. It took a while to be completely better, but with some foods (like gluten) symptoms come on immediately so were immediately better for cutting these foods out. When I tested for celiac disease after being gluten-free for a while, my symptoms came back almost instantaneously with eating gluten again. Mild symptoms of irritable bowel.  

Chronic fatigue symptoms.  

I seem to thrive eating  mono meals of low fat raw fruit supplemented by 1-2 pounds of lettuce greens a day.  And of course staying properly hydrated with 2-4 quarts of water a day. (I guess that is up to four liters)

that'S IT ? one person only? i also looked up those logs about "what do u cahnged with the diet" and how it helped u parts but it seem to be that healing rheumatic diseases on that diet is a rare occation although many say that this would be the right way.

Am I not seeing , finding the evidence that this diet helps ? or is it simple not there ?


tell me send me links, i take each and every help i need more facts and dont send me thinks like gluten and milk is bad links that do not help to convince somebody for the raw way they then just spare out milk and gluten stuff and still throuw in the meat. im lost.
