There isnt anyone. Perhaps read John robbins book 'healthy at 100'. He talks about all the low fat, high carb eating tribes. But that doesnt mean much cos there isnt any tribes that didnt have some sort of cannibalism etc.
If you want longevity, there is still some tickets left to this event. David Wolfe is the 'longevity expert' of today. He has a new programme out. He is doing great for someone that is 38.
Another route is what makes me feel magic in the moment and its sustainable for me to do? what makes sense? Then do that. For me, I dont want to live a long time..I just want maximum energy everyday to make the biggest positive impact on the planet.

there wouldn't be anyone who's doing the "80/10/10 raw vegan" diet longer than Dr. Doug because that is his creation. certainly there are people older than him who are eating this way just not as long obviously.
there's are a number of frugivores who are in their 70s and beyond, I can't guarantee that all are 100% raw but I believe some of them are. not sure if this is what you're interested in.
By longevity I mean a nice long healthy life. I don't mean it in the sense that Wolfe or Cousens do.
I'm just looking for examples of people who are living 811 and are thriving into the elderly years according to mainstream society's standards. In other words, living proof that 811 doesn't mean we're gonna die young.
I know Doug is doing great - anyone know how old he is?
And B if you have any more reading on the frugivores (100% raw or not) who are thriving in their 70's, I'd love to read up.
And I did just order 'Healthy at 100.' It's a topic I'm curious about!
