I have been on 811 since May. I am now having to adjust the diet because the high fruit is too stimulating for my brain and nervous system, but I am staying lfrv. So I am eating more veggies and very small amounts of fruit, early in the day. What veggies are best? I hear pros and cons about tubers also. Any ideas? I hope to increase fruit as I can, but right now it is like MSG for me and because of slow digestion, it was also fermenting in my gut, and causing lots of swelling, weight gain, inflammation and nervousness. I am feeling much better on mostly veggies, but wondering if others know good ways to make use of veggies in their diet. Thanks for your help!
