30 Bananas a Day!

Simple question... where would you live if you could live anywhere in the world?

Please share your insights as to why this place is so ideal :)

If we are talking imaginary places, then I would love the planet Pandora featured in the Avatar movie and to live near the Soul Tree.

Peace, PK

somewhere in the canadian landscape near a forest and perhaps a lake with a waterfall in a good and compact house is ideal for me in about 20 years from now because that's what I think I like a lot.
Guam, or a Mariana Island above, in the Pacific. Got ethnic roots there, the weather is warm year round, fruit is booming, water is beautiful, it's "Where America's Day begins"...(because they stole it).
I was thinking Thailand or somewhere similar during the winter, and Oslo, Norway (my home) during the summer, but after this summer I think I have to reevaluate that plan. So much rain! It's actually the rainiest summer in 61 years. Last 2 summers were pretty crappy as well. I'm desperately sun-starved!
I would move to Hawaii for sure.  I like to look for property for the fun of it sometimes.  A couple years ago (before I got into fruit) I saw one that was basically a shack on 3 acres of land and it had TONS of fruit trees and a huge garden....and it was really cheap.  Man, I was dreaming of moving there and living off the land, would be so awesome.

What site do you use to look for property in Hawaii?

I prefer an english speaking country so I also thought about either California or Australia. Have been to both and liked both. Especially clima wise and the beachtownfeeling, the enjoyment of life of those people... compare to germany (where I am from) - a HUGE difference! I am living in italy now but it's not that much better.

Loved australia for that people just enjoy live there!!

Also I think health insurance and politics are better in australia as well people aren't that superficial and better educated as in California... but that's just my opinion... Let me know if I am wrong.

I haven't decided yet where to live but want to be out of europe by the end of this year!
