Hello All, I don't have health insurance and I don't have any doctor friends. All the places I'm seeing online require a prescription to buy the inject-able B-12. How do you guys get B-12??? Also, I want to do the injections at home. Any info is greatly appreciated!!!!
P.S. I LIVE IN LOS ANGELES, CA :)
I order my shots from Trimnutrition in Florida:
Use promo code 'oathten' for 10% off.
It's the best stuff, fresh B12 grown on corn, methyl, no preservatives!
I'd like to do B12 injections, I just don't know if I could bring myself to sticking a needle in me. Maybe if it was a tiny needle... I'd hate to purchase them and then freak out and not be able to do them.
I was thinking of trying the injections at a clinic in town, but they only have cyanocobalamin injections. Since I've read that that's not the best form of B12, I don't know if it would even be worth it.
Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
If you get the one I posted above, it comes with tiny insulin needles, it's painless to inject you just go a few millimeters under the skin into the fat, that's it! EASY!!! :)
always thought that you need to inject deep into the muscle ? does it work with the little ones ?
No, sub-Q right under the skin in the fat is the best because of slower absorption.
You absorb more because of the slower absorption.
They both go directly into the bloodstream but in case of the IM it gets eliminated faster vs. the sub-Q where they go into the tiny capillaries.
Check out Dr. Neubrander's work, he explains it in detail in the PDFs:
How long does this stuff last? I'm guessing it won't last for 50 months, doing 1 injection a month. Is there a better option for monthly shots?
Yeah you can get single 1ml shots but they aren't fresh, have preservatives and stuff..
It is possible, but you're going to pee out the excess, it cannot harm you. During my 3 month course my pee turned pink when I injected larger doses :)
I did 2-3000mcg/shot, 1 shot/day for 2 weeks, than 2-3 shots/week for the rest of the 3 months (expiration date).
I intend to do a 3 month protocol like this each year.
