30 Bananas a Day!

I recommended the raw vegan lifestyle to friend of mine who answered back, that it's easy for me with my Type A blood to eat fruits and vegetables, but he must eat meat every day, because she's a type O.

Let prove her wrong! I'm pretty sure that the 30 BaD community represents all 4 blood types. So what's is yours?

I´m a B- too

Agreeing with every sentence

I´m O Rh-

acording to the bloodtype diet I´m "suppose" to eat alot of meat and shiats... I went vegtarian at the age 5-7 at my own choice (my family eats meat), this was before reading any "health" books, just a child doing what feels natural:)

  the red kind

Is their an easy way for me to find out my blood type? without giving blood,

People that have asked me about that over the years,  I tell them , pointing into the green pasture of wild fruit trees,

" See all those horses, those mammallian creatures have different blood types (8) and all thrive on the same fresh foods, shoots and fruits,  capable of eating  without any tools, happy to roam  free and forage for themselves. "

I'm type O-, doing fine :)

also, check out:

I'm B (annanas) negative

I just roll my eyes when someone says, I bet your type A. I could never do that because i'm type O.... blah blah blah

I should get my blood type tested next time I have a blood test to see if i might be an O and then prove them wrong... this thread helps a lot too!!

Your friend aint serious. You tell her the truth and she will look for the next excuse.

Im type 0. Id literally be dead today if I didnt go vegan 10 years ago and become the person I am today.

I am AB Positive - a rare type shared by 2% of Australians on average. The blood type diet is skewed to western dietary tastes, hence the focus on animal products, but I think it may actually refer to protein requirements rather than eating muscle tissue per se.
A Rh-

Someone please do a chart on these data, please :)

I am thankful that my blood type is A, because I tried out the Blood Type Diet (BTD) raw (with sushi) before 811. Looking back it was just a natural transition from SAD to less SAD to pesco-lacto-ovo vegetarian to BTD Pescetarians to BTD vegan to 811rv... :)
Wow, lot's of O's here. I'm also O+ and feel the best lfrv. I used to eat a lot of meat and when I finally stopped, the chronic back pain I had for over 10 years vanished. The blood type diet is nonsense.
o+ here and this is a piece of cake "no pun intended" for me.. with all the reading I do I dont think I could swallow a piece of meat if I was paid for it.. Thanks no-- will stick to my fruit baskets and veggie salads thanks.
