30 Bananas a Day!

I recommended the raw vegan lifestyle to friend of mine who answered back, that it's easy for me with my Type A blood to eat fruits and vegetables, but he must eat meat every day, because she's a type O.

Let prove her wrong! I'm pretty sure that the 30 BaD community represents all 4 blood types. So what's is yours?

I'm O+ and this is easy peasy for me. Even as a SAD eater, I've always been repulsed by meat and was very particular about how it was prepared when I did eat it.

Sounds like another excuse. It's all about mind-set and whether or not the person truly wants and it :)

Tell your friend that the blood theory has NOT been scientifically proven Anywhere.

Anyone who tried to duplicate the study failed.

Plus, that author is already moving on to "the gene diet", apparently it's all down to your genomes now..




well, at LEAST we'd get our protein in that way.......   ;)

I used to eat meat a lot..coming from a Peruvian background. I never LOVED it though...I mean..I did enjoy the taste with some rice and potatoes etc...but wasn't really a fan of it. Today, I don't crave meat. When I see it infront of me, it's pretty scary looking...dark looking...it almost gives me a headache just looking at uncooked and cooked meat. I don't feel it's part of my nature. I love fruit. I love a huge crunchy juicy flavorful salad. When I bite into a salad I go through heart orgasms. yEa.


My eyes have gotten clearer and I have great energy. I am putting this to test also with a bodybuilding routine. My trainer says I am doing great...and I have come to a place where others just starting heavy weight lifting couldn't really do it. With that being said, I am progressing and not falling behind. Living on fruit! :)

I'm type O, and I was into the blood type diet and thought I had to have meat every day. I feel so much better eating 80/10/10 raw vegan than I ever have in my life - no comparison.

The entire video is superb but if you want info specifically about the blood type diet start at about minute 35. I'd run from any health professional who recommends a diet determined by blood type.

Pretty sure this diet is the best for all humans, I mean, how many animals in the wild eat different foods to others in their own species? How would animals know what blood type they have? How would we know what blood type we have if we weren't able to take a test?


I'm a B negative. Maybe that's why bananas aren't working so well for me right now ;( But definitely a positive on all the other fruit and veg. Everyone always guesses me as a type A because my whole life, plant foods have been all I've gone for. The blood type diet has never spoken to me...
