Just wondering if the raw till 4 thing is something I missed, because I'm struggling to stay 100% raw and maybe this might be what im looking for to get re started.

stuff yourself with potatoes or brown rice for dinner, keep it low fat innit :)
Thanx...I went a whole year HCRV and Its been a year of real bad eating and cant seem to cant get that motivation back.
yeah its pretty challenging detoxing years of uneducated food choices, try veggie sushi or jacket potatoes in the eve with salad, focus on how you would like yourself to be rather than feeling bad about mistakes x
Just stay away from salt and fat:) Salt will keep you addicted and keep you failing and will make it impossible for your body to detox. And one in two people have gluten sensitivity. So I wouldn't eat pastas and cooked tomato. Cooked tomato is super acidic and takes calcium from your body to neutralize acidity. Whole foods, like potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, rice and steamed veggies are super delicious plain:). Im not doing raw till 4, im doing one cooked meal every other day. This way I still focus on eating as much fruit as possible. Putting lemon on your food is also very tasty. The same taste buds that taste salt taste lemon, so lemon flavour is very close to salt. I know its not the greatest food combining, but oh well:)) Hope this helps a little.
You could try some gluten free corn pasta - it's yummy. Just remember to eat enough of it. Or all the rice you can manage. Drink plenty before hand too.
