new to the diet. coming from Paleo.
I know organic/non gmo fruits n veggies is the way to go. What else do you guys eat? If you guys could share your daily meal plans so i could get an idea of what combinations, and how much to eat.
Im semi active. Surfing 1-2 a week. A 1-2mile jog maybe once or twice a week. And about 1hr of yoga everyday. So i probly dont need as many calories as most of you.
Also pretty concerned about my teeth, i dont want them to rot and fall out haha. I definitely need some advice with for this.
