30 Bananas a Day!

What's in season in your neck of the woods? Find out here...

Freelea has been kind enough to help me develop a diet to transition off of bananas. She asked me what's in season in my area and I was totally stumped. Guess I've never actually thought about it...I just buy whatever's at the store.

So if you're like me or you're new, check out the following links...they will tell you what's in season in your area. I'm researching the regions one at a time, so if you don't see your neck of the woods listed, let me know where you are and I'll make it a priority:)

nite crabstar, thanks for your help today! Great posts
blueberries are in full swing in south australia. there is one of the largest certified organic blueberry farms in australia. it may be the largest infact.

cherries are just finishing and apricots finishing soon in south oz. grapes are starting this month as are figs. its gonna be a bumper persimmon crop judging the fruit already setting on the local trees. hass, reed and bacon avocadoes are in full swing.

oh and durian is all year round in thailand. malaysia. but you just have to trek a few hundred miles to get to the next fruiting region..
i believe the pine nuts are in season here, lol. and the snow.
Awesome Matty, they look amazing! Sweet & spicy?yum...i will get to NZ one day.
the link for the U.S.A. wont work!?
Thank you for this!!!!!!!

I try my best to eat in season! This month is starting to get a little rough... I've eaten so much citrus that my teeth feel like they have cavities. OOPS.
Freelea's link right underneath the original post works! :)

Now you can't be vegan 'cause... Mineral levels in plants are depleted. LifeRegenerator lacks sense

LifeRegenerator appears on RawKristina's video and repeats what an anti-vegan told me days before... that mineral levels in plant foods have depleted by 85 percent
