I feel ike i am just starting to experience them now on day 25. i can get enough sleep, today is the first day i feel super weak, bad migraine, dizzy, nauseous, my throat hurts, i have some nasal drip, my face is breaking out so so bad. Ive been trying to get enough sleep each night but sometimes it doesnt happen and i have to nap. Ive been drinking 2 liters of water a day and eating over 2500 cals each day. Im not sure if the symptoms im having right now are due to detox, or maybe the bananas in my last smoothie werent ripe enough yet.
What were everyones symptoms like? How long did they last?
Sounds normal.. I had bronchitis within ~ 10 days when I started. Emotionally I have been a wreck as well at times... going from punching the fridge to laughing then crying within a couple of hours....
If ur really messed up it can take months and months of 100%.
Here is something from a site I read some time ago.....
Yes my skin is usually clear like everyone comments on it but im noticing pimples even little ones ....not liking it but I guess the bad stuff has to come out my skin too. Moody like really and that's so not me . What do you guys mean by having a coated tongue? Is it like thrush?
I am still undergoing a healing process about six months in, 100% hcrv. Overall I feel brilliant pretty much all of the time. Great energy, improved clarity, etc.
I have struggled with pretty serious staph infection issues for the past 8 years, and I feel my body is really struggling with this. I have breakouts frequently, though otherwise my skin health has never been better.
I am still ridding my body of mucus, and my previous history of heavy smoking and drinking took a toll on me that my body will probably now be countering for quite some time. When I wake up in the morning and get on my bike I typically expel mucus from my lungs pretty quickly :S
My tongue is also sometimes coated. I see all of these healing events as positive... my body is focussing on the healing that needs to be done most urgently, and some things have to recede into the background for others to take a place of prominence.
A general newcomer complaint I had at first had to do with digestive sensitivity. I had to eat all mono meals and even coordinate my whole day so that all the meals I ate in a day combined reasonable well, or I would bloat and get stomach issues. I also had odd reactions to various fruits. Grapes and melons both caused very volatile reactions at first....had to cut them out, unfortunately, for a while. I'm fine with both again now.
Don Bennet once told me a general timeline for healing: for every 7 (I think?) years of abuse your body has undergone, expect one year of healing on an optimal hcrv lifestyle. Since I am 28 and I can consider just about everything I've done to my body for most of my life until now abuse, I should be in full form when I'm 32 :D
I've learned that if I slip up onto cooked vegan that I'm allergic to nutritional yeast, and I break out into hives. This had never happened to me before. It also gives me a little more motive not to slip-up.
Hmm, my skin is clearing up, but I've gained weight. BUT gaining weight also came from my medicine, which I'm coming off of.
