Ok, so I have been wondering what type of water is best? I have these white spots on my front teeth that I can only see sometimes and I think it's because of the flouride in my water. Is distilled the highest quality I can get? Or should I get a filter that removes all the flouride and heavy metals?
Distilled! Pure H2O. No chemicals or drugs. Stay as far away as possible from the fluoride that is put in water.
have you used toothpaste since you were a kid? I've had white spots since toothpaste.
The kind that has 2 H's, 1 O, and as little of everything else as possible. Home-distilled (not packaged in plastic rubbish), or tested potable low TDS spring and well water. RO+ filtered would be a close third.
Simple Tap water, I dont see spots on my teeth
I brush my teeth with Miswak toothbrush, it contains natural fluoride.
Fluoride is maybe as chemical bad, but in natural form we need it.
Actually it is pretty clear.. distilled water is rainwater without the pollution hence it's the best.
zero water filter
I drink distilled. Right now I'm drinking it out of plastic jugs while I save for a counter top distiller.
Tap water. Comes right from a well under our house. Tastes soo sweet I love it. Sadly it's only here as long as I live with my parents. Gotta move to a city soon. :[
