How many calories are you eating?
Upwards of 2000 at the very least. usually more like 2,500.
For me cronometer told me to maintain my wieght I would have to eat 1600 calories..are you kidding me my meals average to 1,000..so to answer your question I would strictly follow cronometer AND i definately wouldnt worry about protein, Id keep a close eye on get enough carbs and low fat..if you keep your calorie intake and are eating fruits and veggies you should be good

Cronometer is always a bit wonky to me.. I just use it to log my foods. It has a way low number of cals per day to shoot for with me, too, Sunny.
Fruits are about 3% protein. You have to eat a lot of greens/ veggies to get up to 5 or 10% protein. I average just under 5% on Cronometer.
