400 g banana 100 g strawberry 50 g rasberry 2 or 3 leafs of mint. #ohyeah
Another good one is about 2 C watermelon, 1 C pinneapple, 4 bananas, 1 mango coconut water and ice.
I'm only a week old at this, but it's fun making different combinations.
1. 10 Bananas, Papaya, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
2. 8 oranges, 10 dates.
3. Whole box of Clementines, and 6 celery stalks.
4. apples, collard greens, romaine, one lemon (maybe a couple of dates if the apples aren't particularly sweet), pinch of cayenne (optional)
Sorry, couldn't decide on just 3!
5. grapes and spinach.
sigh... sooo indecisive.

Pulse until mixed but left chunky! Delish!
I don't like smoothies very much, I prefer to chew my food, however my favourite is made of banana, nettle and mint. Delightful taste!
