2 bananas, 1 pineapple, 5-10 dates, a big bunch of spinach and some ice. Simply delicious!

2 heads of romaine
1 HUGE bunch of kale
makes 3 liters of green smoothie.
Hey Luis! Ummm... no nanas cause I don't think they agree with me??? I was eating or smoothy~ing almost 10 a day, but I stat to feel lazy, tired, unfocused, and I think I started to gain weight from them. Also my skin started to breakout. Maybe I am just sensitive to them right now??? Really hope it changes though. I am a newbie, kinda ( in my 4th month now) so maybe in the future I can eat them again?? My freezer is fullllll with soooo many bananas!!! But they do make the best smoothies, especially with some dates thrown it! That is another yummy one!!! Water with nanas and dates.... Oh my!!! ;)
