trampolining (in my dreams anyway)
I been getting into the cycling a bit lately, exercise and transportation in one.  Excellent!!
i am absolutely in love with my bike, i go everywhere on it rain or shine. i've gotten in pretty good shape from riding all the time, but i also combine this with daily weight training.
Jari Love's DVD Get Extremely Ripped. I love hiking and all that as well, but that dvd is fantabulous! It is so great! Multiple exercises done in each move, you can adjust the weights, the depth etc. to make it customizable to your fitness level, and it gives me a muscle burn + strength + weights workout while I sweat so much I'm soaked. I barely sweat, so I LOVE that feature. It works all parts of my body really well. I feel rejuvenated and want to do it again and again and again. I LOVE IT!!

Inverted push-ups 100 per set 5 times a day every other day- squats with a 60 pound weight in my hands-pull-ups on a tree branch in my back yard-30 minute walks with my dog daily
2 out of 3 of my daily training sessions is outside the gym...usually..

Running outdoors
Powerwalking-with weights, loaded water bottles, telephone books..anything heavy in backpack
Kettleballs
Pole dancing
Chin ups, push-ups, crunches
Kickboxing

....depends what your goals are are/what you enjoy really!!
I skate (inline) but aside from that I incorporate basketball drills, karate moves (reps of diverse punches, blocks, kicks), shadowboxing and jumprope.
for me it's biking, mostly. dancing, used to be a dancer (ballet, modern, jazz, tap, lyrical, etc.) also yoga, especially bikram... i love it, although it's quite expensive.. it's the kind of yoga i find that challenges me the most (i guess it's the heat).
hindu pushups, handstand pushups, hindu squats, wrestling bends, isometrics.
I say the best for the body is definitely body weight calisthetics.

Currently, I am doing 150 pushups (hindu, fist, finger tips, arms out, reverse, etc) a day and plan on to be able to do 500 a day by august 1st.
