Jari Love's DVD Get Extremely Ripped. I love hiking and all that as well, but that dvd is fantabulous! It is so great! Multiple exercises done in each move, you can adjust the weights, the depth etc. to make it customizable to your fitness level, and it gives me a muscle burn + strength + weights workout while I sweat so much I'm soaked. I barely sweat, so I LOVE that feature. It works all parts of my body really well. I feel rejuvenated and want to do it again and again and again. I LOVE IT!!
for me it's biking, mostly. dancing, used to be a dancer (ballet, modern, jazz, tap, lyrical, etc.) also yoga, especially bikram... i love it, although it's quite expensive.. it's the kind of yoga i find that challenges me the most (i guess it's the heat).
