Sodium- Lowww. Preferably under 1,000
Fiber- You'll get plenty
Fat- 10%, it really depends on how much your eating total. I keep it under 20g most days
Carbs- How ever many you want
& I suggest chronometer over MFP
I wouldn't recommend unlimited fiber, but you should eat a lot of it. Whenever I have more than 100g of fiber in a day I get such an uncomfortably bloated belly and have massive poos the next few days.
If we get natural sodium for leaky greens should we not worry of maximum amount, I'm sure apes gets more then 1000mg from eating so much greens.
Well I hardly see it getting much over 500-100 from greens alone if one eats mostly fruits anyway.
