30 Bananas a Day!

Hey everyone!

I'm new here, thanks for having me and supporting me in this journey first of all.

I'd like to post what i'm currently having everyday except for weekends pretty much. I worry sometimes that I may be eating too much dried fruit cus I literally have ZERO time to eat lunch. I have class from 1:30 to 5pm, and I usually get up around 10:30 and have a late breakfast before leaving to class.

Breakfast:

10-13 bananas smoothie.

1000-1300 cals

"Lunch":

200g dried mangoes

200g dates

~1400 cals

For dinner I will usually have a big salad and some potatoes, and I really do feel satisfied by the end of the day. I'm just starting to wonder whether I should have more fresh fruit intake throughout the day. I'm really just having fruit in the morning, the rest is dried. And am I having too much dried fruit? Could this hurt my teeth? (due to the higher sugar concentration)

Hope to hear your thoughts!

more fresh fruit is always better, but if you feel good and drink enough water you should be okay. C:

thanks sky xx

What Sky said. If you feel great with doing what you're doing now, why stop? Little trick for making dried fruit easier on your teeth; couple hours before consuming put in a glass jar with air flow lid. Listen to your own body only you truly know what your body wants and is good with. Take care. Much love.

Thanks for the tip kyle xx

dried fruit is definitely better than other types of foods (ex. nuts and animal products). if you are going to eat dried fruits, make sure to drink extra water throughout the day and especially before you eat the dried fruit. this will help you have a hydrated digestive system and everything will be better. it would of course be better if you could make both your breakfast and lunch consist of fresh fruits and then have your dinner be the cooked potatoes and salad, but if all you can manage right now is the dried fruit, then that is good too. good luck on your journey, dear :) any more questions, simply ask!

Thanks for the tip! I think I'll start to go back and forth between fruits and salad for dinner one night, and the other potatoes and salad.

Dried fruit isnt an issue for teeth, its more dental hygiene, hydration levels (dry mouth rots teeth), jaw structure, genetics, past recreational/pharmacutical drug consumption, previous damage from dodgy dentists etc.

I could be wrong but Im pretty sure these hollywood celebs were not eating a lot of dried fruit before they got cosmetic dental surgery. ;)

My concern is you going to bed so late and getting up so late. You might be getting enough hours of sleep BUT its at the wrong time. Going to bed early is ESSENTIAL if we want to express our optimum genetic health blueprint.

Ugh yes :( Definitely i need to go to bed early. I'll start setting my alarm earlier. What would be the ideal time to go to sleep/ time to wake up?

Ideal is to go to sleep with sunset and wake up with the rising sun.

Holy sh*t.. well it's winter time here in Japan and the sun is coming down at 5pm and rising at 5am lol.

Haha, just said, that this is the ideal. Its the same here in germany at moment. So i would say going to bed before 9pm and stand up when you had enough sleep.
